  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Digital Products

  • Digital products (eBooks, guides, and courses) are delivered electronically and available for immediate download after purchase. No shipping charges apply.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Dad HQ ships to U.S. addresses only. (If you want to offer international later, this can be updated.)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Dad HQ is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@devindcoleman.com with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
